Master Bed, Private Bath/Entrance

Hello, I have a Master bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance for rent in an apartment with gorgeous views in North Bay Village to enter JULY 1. The apartment is bright, spacious and located right on the bay! The building has a pool and hot tub next to the bay- perfect for these hot days! Smoking is not permitted. The room has a large walk-in closet plus an additional closet. It is unfurnished (please note- the pics of the bedroom and bathroom are mine. They are very similar to the other room. I will swap them out once I get pics from the current roommate) To give you a little info about myself, I'm a 33 year old elementary school Spanish teacher. I am very active- love playing tennis/pádel, Dragon Boating, SUP, traveling. I also enjoy having a couple of friends over for dinner and/or a drink on the balcony once in a while, but no parties at home. I am respectful and like to keep the shared spaces clean. It'd be nice to socialize a bit, but if you'd prefer to use the room more as a studio, thats ok too. I'm looking for someone to sign a 1-yr lease with me starting in July. Rent is $892/month + 1/2 bills (approx $950/person in total). A security deposit of one month is required. Applicants must be able to pass a credit and background check (no criminal record).
